Back in 2016, Mike Freeland founded Turf Monsters AZ in Phoenix with one goal in mind: to offer Arizona homeowners high-quality, custom landscaping solutions that get people talking. What began with turf installations has since grown into a full-service outdoor landscaping company – serving both homeowners and businesses – with a second office in Prescott now covering Northern Arizona. Today, Turf Monsters is proud to be one of the most trusted names in landscaping across the state.

From our first meeting in May, Steve showed incredible patience and professionalism. My project timeline shifted due to other renovations, but when I was finally ready in August, Steve returned without hesitation, took fresh measurements, and provided an updated quote. He was on-site daily, checking in with the crew and making sure I was happy with the progress. We made a couple of design changes mid-project, and Steve handled them seamlessly. No delays, no drama—just smooth execution and accurate billing.
