Great turf experience. From the start scheduling an appointment with Jessica to Anthony showing up and giving us our bid, to the workers completing the job, all services were a solid 5 star. Anthony did such a great job in explaining our options and the care that our turf would need. He made sure workers were here and completed the job in a professional manner and they were all friendly and worked hard. We had received 4 different bids and Turf monsters was by far was the best at explaining our options. We needed to have old turf taken out and we needed one portion of the new turf to be dog friendly and that was taken care of. Thanks for great job from beginning to end!

Overall very unprofessional. Two consultants came over for a quote, started off by kicking my son’s soccer ball in the yard over the neighbors wall. Gave us an original quote that was within our price range, then changed the quote to >$1500 more with no reasoning. Said we had the HOA approval within 48 hours which was a lie. When we called the hoa, they said the paperwork had never been submitted and it can take up to 45 days for approval. Gave us samples to choose from, when we chose the one we wanted, it was suddenly a “limited” option and would be more expensive. We cancelled and used another company, had a completely different experience.
Turf Monsters took our project to another level. Sean was our salesman and didn’t do a hard sale on us. The quality of service and product was more than we could have asked for.
Anthony and the crew did a great job on our backyard update. The process was so easy and we were scheduled right away and the install was surprisingly fast and all the elements look amazing. My dogs love the pet-friendly turf and I am so happy with how the paver pads and walk-way turned out. They also updated our drip lines and added multiple plants. We're finally able to enjoy this space!
Great customer service on first contact with rep Anthony, setup date for estimate immediately. Showed up on time gave us some helpful tips on type of turf we needed to accommodate our three dogs. He is very knowledgeable and nice personality. Project was booked Anthony introduced us to Oscar who was the person in charge. The crew was very polite and took time to engage with our very intrigued pups. The work is absolutely pristine, they took great pride and did not cut corners. Highly recommend Turf Monsters for your next outdoor project. Good choice for sure.

Sean was such a good representative, and was there from the start to finish. The quality of the work was better than any other landscaping company I've worked with in the past. I absolutely give 5 stars and will come back to TM for all my turf and landscaping needs!
After seeing my brother's backyard and how turf monsters completely transformed it I had to give them a shot. Mike came out and gave me a very great quote that I couldn't pass up. Set up a time and day and the crew came in very professional and got the job done. My daughter loves her new play area!! Definitely give them a shot and you won't regret it. Thank you to Mike and his team at turf monsters, I will be going back to them for future projects!!
