Had an initial great experience with Turf Monsters and really do love the design and space that they did for us. Unfortunately since our initial sales person left the company, communication has been slow and disappointing. It recently took three weeks to get a proper response to our inquiries about some issues we are having. Included in those issues are a ton of grass growing through the rocks they laid down, in addition to two of the plants they installed dying. On both issues, we’ve been told to handle it ourselves or with someone else. For the grass, it’s understandable that they don’t take care of the yard maintenance, but because their initial install didn’t include any type of barrier below the rock, it’s added a lot of work and eye sore to what should otherwise be a beautiful and minimal maintenance space. For the two dead plants, we were first told that it was a likely water issue, despite the seven other plants they installed thriving and the fact they also installed the watering system. And when that wasn’t the answer they needed, we were told that the plants wouldn’t be warrantied because “they weren’t completely dead” upon initial notification on day 26 of the 30 day warranty period. So, while you will get a wonderfully designed space and finished product, be cautioned of further quality service into the future.
Wow! My backyard looks absolutely amazing! Not only did they install beautiful turf they had recommended taking out some rock in a few other areas in my yard that would look great replaced with turf. Anthony was a fantastic sales rep and helpful through the whole process. I’ve already recommended them to others. We will be contacting Turf Monster again for the front yard project in the future.
Steve and the crew did a great job. Steve came up with ideas we had not thought of. The crew was quick and thorough. We are very happy with the final results!

Very please we chose Turf Monsters for our Artificial Turf. Nick was great walking us thru the process from the very beginning to being at our house for the install. Yard looks great and the team that did the install were great.

Overall I was impressed from start to finish. Everything was efficient and and fairly priced for very high quality work. The quoting was accurate and the install was completed on time with everything looking exactly as I expected it to.
Amazing company to work with. I was having all my work done while I was out of state, for the entire project. Very stressful situation when you need to pick out materials, design, and have it all come out the way you want, without being on-site once. I was very fortunate that the project manager I worked with, Nicholas, was amazing. Very professional, excellent communication, personable, very attentive and responsive to questions and had excellent input and suggestions. He was also very budget conscious. We had multiple changes in design and materials, changes on the fly, and he never batted an eye. He would stop by daily to update and send videos and pictures to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He was an amazing steward for my property and treated it like his own and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. He would even go the extra mile to skim my pool after the grass removal and moved all my patio equipment. He also repaired my gate latch! All these things really stand out when you can't be onsite. Can't say enough. Recommend 100%, Thank you
