Why do I need to register my turf?
Registering activates your warranties and ensures we have all the info needed to support you if something ever goes wrong. It’s quick, easy, and protects your investment.
What’s covered under the 15-Year Manufacturer Warranty?
The manufacturer warranty typically covers things like fading, premature wear, and defects in the turf material itself. It does not cover damage from misuse, weather, or installation issues.
What does the 2-Year Labor Warranty include?
This covers workmanship and installation-related issues, such as seam separation, wrinkling, or improper base settling, within the first two years.
How will I receive my warranty confirmation?
Once you submit the form, you’ll get a confirmation email within 2–3 business days that includes your warranty details and contact info for future support.
What if I don’t know the exact turf product name or installation date?
Do your best! If you’re unsure, leave the field blank or add a note. Our team can look up your project based on your name and address.
How far back can I register my turf?
If your installation happened on or after March 1st, 2024, you’re eligible to register and receive both the manufacturer and labor warranties. If you’re unsure of your installation date, feel free to reach out and we’ll help confirm it.

We ultimately " gave up" with fighting watering costs and management/ maintenance of the lawn due to rabbits eating and new shoots and digging holes.Multiplre friends had installed turf so their testmonies and visual appeal set the tone.We had numerous quotes and went with Turf Monsters due to friends' finished project and the quality of the turf product compared to other vendors. The price with our preference of turf was actually competitive to others with lower quality turf . Lawn area preparation was great! The workers protected our drive and access areas, stripping out the old grass and dirt straight into a trailer so no mess, they were though with the fill and compaction and verified none of the old sprinkler system had leaks while the reminder of the system operated correctly. I was pleased with the in- depth efforts of "sewing" the seams and securing the edges. Clean up and removal was well executed! The crew is efficient and work well together; it is easy to tell they have experience and know what needs to be done and keep all moving to completion. We are quite pleased with the finished project and highly recommend Turf Monsters over anything else seen or quoted! Thank you Mike!!!
We worked with Turf Monsters to replace our backyard lawn with turf. They installed a new paver border and just under 1,200 sq ft of turf for backyard games and pet use. The first quote was out of our price range, but Chad worked with us on several revised options to fit our budget and even came back to remeasure as plans changed. We were on a tight schedule before Christmas, and Turf Monsters fit us in and completed the installation in one day. The turf is beautiful and very low maintenance. We really appreciated the flexibility and care throughout the process and had a great experience working with Turf Monsters.

Turf Monsters has been amazing to work with from day 1. They have completely transformed my landscape from the front to the back. We had turf done in the front and backyard. They installed a putting green and bunker. They built a custom pergola that my wife just loves. They added lighting and it looks amazing sitting by the fireplace they also built. The prices were beyond fair for the amount of work and quality craftsmanship. We had a few different companies out before we made our decision and we're glad we had Turf Monsters out, we couldn't have ben more pleased.
Called for an estimate Friday, and they were at my house Saturday! Received my proposal by Monday! Very fast turnaround, and very friendly staff!
